The questionnaire uncovers various aspects of your project, from practical considerations to aesthetic preferences. It's an opportunity to explore possibilities you might not have considered.

Schedule a strategic planning session where your responses to the questionnaire will serve as the foundation for dialogue.

During this conversation, you and Susie will explore the nuances of your vision and goals. Together, you'll determine if the next logical step is a site walk.

This crucial step is where vision meets reality, and your dreams begin to take root in the fertile soil of possibility.

After our initial discussion going through the questionnaire and phone conversation, you'll have the opportunity to invite Susie's expert eye to your space. This on-site visit is not just a walk-through; it's a collaborative exploration of potential, where Susie's artistic insight intersects with the unique character of your landscape.

We've reached the launchpad of your garden transformation journey.

In this final pre-project phase, Susie will send you a Fee Agreement. This isn't just paperwork; it's a handshake that solidifies our shared commitment to artistry and beauty in your outdoor space.

Once you've reviewed, signed, and sent this agreement, Susie will countersign and send the executed agreement back to you.

Finally, a 1/5 deposit is required - consider it your initial investment in a greener, more sustainable future.

With these elements in place, your project officially begins!
